Residential Property Clearance

The Brief:

Our client required the removal of white and brown goods from a residential property, along with the safe disposal of rubbish, and the collection of fridges to be transported to our yard. The job involved a thorough clearance process to ensure the property was left clean and organised. 1. Clearance of White and Brown Goods:
   • White goods include household appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, and dryers.
   • Brown goods refer to electronic items such as televisions, radios, and other household electronics.
2. Rubbish Removal:
   • Rubbish was gathered, organized into bags, and safely disposed of according to local waste disposal regulations.
   • Mattress’ are always collected and disposed of, as well as large items such as Sofa’s, recliner armchairs and smaller chairs.
3. Fridge Collection:
   • Fridges were carefully handled, ensuring that they were cleared with due consideration for any residual hazardous materials.
   • Arranged for transport to our own yard for further processing or recycling.
