Ground Floor Property Clearance

The Brief:

Our client required all rubbish, domestic waste and household items cleared and disposed of before new tenant acquires to convert to lounge room to an office space with adjacent kitchen area and a brick walled storage room.

 

Our Solution:

Liaise with client for prompt arrival time, site induction and procedure to clear all required items to be disposed of. A point of work risk assessment then takes place with report generated. Once the clearance is complete, the waste is then transported to our designated waste collection site.

The Outcome:

The client was very satisfied with the clearance works taken place; the completion document clearly shows what was needed to be cleared with the ‘before’ photos attached to then show the space cleared from the works completed in the ‘after’ photos.
