Residential Property – Garden Clearance

The Brief:

A residential client requested a comprehensive garden clearance, which included the removal of all electrical appliances, white and brown goods, garden equipment, and sheds, as well as the complete removal of overgrown foliage that had overtaken the side alley of the property.

Customer Requirements:

• Dismantle all three sheds/containers.
• Cut back and clear all overgrown foliage.
• Remove all electrical items, including a tumble dryer and fridge/freezer.

 

Our Solution:

Our team coordinated closely with the client, arriving on-site promptly to access the garden, as the side entrance was completely blocked by overgrown plants. The clearance process included the following steps:

1. Dismantling Sheds and Containers: Carefully dismantled each of the three sheds to avoid any damage to surrounding areas.
2. Clearing Overgrown Foliage: Cut back and removed all overgrown plants that restricted access to the rear garden and side entrance, ensuring safe access for our operatives.
3. Removal of Electrical and White/Brown Goods: All items, including the tumble dryer and fridge/freezer, were safely removed and transported to the tip for disposal.
4. Completion Documentation: A completion report was provided to the client, including after photos to showcase the transformation.
