Clearance & Cleaning – Steel Screens & Security Doors – Worthing

The Brief:

Squatters had broken into a vacant property on our customer’s site in Worthing, which is in the process of being redeveloped. The building was left in a state of disarray with human waste, sharps, drug paraphernalia and rubbish spread throughout the property.

The Solution:

A site survey was conducted on the day that we received the enquiry and the clearance took place the following day. We carried out a human waste and sharps removal, as well as clearing the property of general rubbish. After the building was cleared we secured all of openings with perforated steel security screens, and solid steel security doors.

The Outcome:

The vacant property is now clear of waste and has robust measures in place to prevent squatters from accessing the building again.
