Residential Alarm System Install

The Brief:

SafeSite were contacted to help secure a large residential property undergoing a complete renovation. Due to the amount of building works being carried out the house and surrounding garden areas remained viable to breaking and entering. The client wanted surveillance/monitoring particularly at evening times and an app to view the live pictures from home or on the client’s phone whilst away from the property.

  

 

  

The Solution:

The solutions team installed an alarm system around the premises, with signs warning that the property is monitored to deter those not permitted on site. This system was built up of 4 detectors, 1 bridge and 1 siren. The alarm is monitored 24/7 and the client is contacted if anyone is on site. The client then specified for two of the detectors to have certain areas of the image made into ‘non-detection zones’ to prevent the siren going off unintentionally.

The Outcome:

The customer was satisfied that their property was safe from the possibility of trespassers whilst renovations started underway. The client was extremely happy with the prompt call out from our operatives and that all measures of Health & Safety were taken place when the detectors were installed at height. We have had a subsequent alarm job carried out from a friend of the clients that recommended our services post completion of the works.
