Emergency Steel Boarding of Damaged Roof Property

The Brief:

Our Client required our services to provide emergency boarding to a property in the town of Stanmore, of which there was the requirement to steel board the ground floor openings and install a steel security door due to the current roofing and first floor situation, as you can see in the images.

  

 

Our Solution:

Our operations team met the client’s contact on site and proceeded with a perimeter inspection and internal inspection of the ground floor only. The solution was to completely cover all openings as required by our client and install a Steel Security door to gain access into the property. It was imperative our operations team do not enter into the first floor of the property due to the dangerous nature of the flooring, of which was outlined by the clients supervisor on site.

 

The Outcome:

Once completed, as with all our completion of works, our operatives compiled a comprehensive completion document, complete with before photos (upon inspection/site survey photos) and after works photos to send to our client. The client was extremely satisfied with the works completed and appreciated the swiftness in response as the situation with the roof was becoming more dangerous over time.
