Perforated Steel Security Screens – East Sussex Housing Association

The Brief:

A care home had closed down in East Sussex and needed securing. The customer needed a quick solution and wanted to still enable light to enter the property.

The Solution:

Safe Site Security Solutions proposed perforated steel screens, which could be quickly cut to size, offer superior security to timber boarding up and also allow light to penetrate the building, making it easier to inspect once inside.

 

The Outcome:

Despite this being a very large building, with lots of glazing to secure, our team completed the works in just two days. It is always advised to secure windows above a flat roof as they can be an easy access point for potential trespassers otherwise. We also installed clear warning signage to further deter trespassers.

In The Future:

The customer said they were extremely happy with the work and commended SafeSite for the speedy service. Whilst no other additional works are planned for this customer, SafeSite continue to complete numerious jobs for housing associations up and down the country
