Squatter Eviction and Clearance Job in London

The Brief:

Our customer – owner of a large vacant commercial building – contacted us to conduct a clearance job. The property was located on a busy street in central London with limited parking.

 

The Solution:

Security Solutions team were asked to organised clearance after an eviction of squatters that had been living in the building. According to the customer 10 men were residing in the property with several animals. The customer wasn’t sure if there was any evidence of drug abuse therefore we were asked to conduct a needle sweep of the area at the same to make sure it was safe and there was no drug paraphernalia or clinical waste such as human waste. We found none of it and customer received a refund for the service not performed.

The Outcome:

In 1.5 days we removed 3 trucks of waste including several matrasses and multiple washing machines. The customer was very happy and gave us 5-star review on Trustpilot – overall an excellent service and appreciation for a great attitude of the cleaning team.
