Blind Veterans UK – Alarms & Fencing

The Brief:

After 80 years of service within the iconic rehabilitation centre in Ovingdean, East Sussex, Blind veterans UK are relocating to a new home in Rustington. The Princess Marina House hopes to offer a more suitable course of care for both current and future veterans living there.

SafeSite Security Solutions were contacted to help secure the premises to prevent intruders from entering the famed building.

The Solution:

The installs team had installed a vehicle gate to block access to those not permitted on the grounds. 3 24/7 security guards were deployed to patrol the premises and monitor access.

At the time of deployment and installation, this was further accompanied by the deployment of 5 CCTV towers, 20 detectors and 5 sirens to ensure complete reach and monitoring of the grounds, also acting as a deterrent for break-ins.
