Vacant Property Closeboard Fencing – North London

The Brief:

A vacant site in North London needed to be secured, but the clients did not want it to look vacant as it was in a heavy-traffic area and they were concerned signs of vacancy might attract unwanted attention.

The Solution:

SafeSite Security Solutions proposed using closeboard/feather-edge fencing instead of hoarding, so as to offer robust security with an aesthetically-pleasing and occupied appearance. A large wooden access gate was also installed to allow vehicles to easily enter and exit the site.

 

The Outcome:

We installed the fencing over a couple of weeks and not only is the site now secure, but the detailed finish ensures that passersby have no reason to believe the buildings are unoccupied.

In the Future:

The customer was extremely happy and we are working with them on other sites across the country where similar security measures are needed.
