Vacant Property Secured with a Steel Door and Sheet

The Brief:

Our customer contacted us to requested a quote to secure the front of the property with a steel door.

 

The Solution:

It was a vacant property on the ground floor with a house frontage directly onto the pavement and a private parking. Once Security Solutions team received the photos, it was evident there was structural damage, and this meant we needed to build a timber frame and secure with steel sheets and steel door. Perforated steels sheets were screwed directly into the timber frame and a door was installed for access to the property.

The Outcome:

Security Solutions needed half day to install and a half day to dismantle. Material used on the project: 1 steel door, perforated steel sheets, timber for framing, anti-tamper screws, backing bar, thread bar, nuts. Customer was happy with the outcome and appreciated the recommendation of building a timer frame to maximise the security of her property.
