Metropolitan House – Old London Property Steel Security Boarding

The Brief:

Our client required the steel sheet and door boarding of a property in outer-London to provide security over the Summer period and beyond. A further requirement was to remove previous Timber boarding, which was deemed not secure enough. We made it clear to the client that due to the condition of the existing framework that we would have to use perforated steel sheeting to cover the openings.

 

Our Solution:

Our operatives site surveyed on day one, and once completed sent to our office team to provide a quotation for the client of which was provided within the hour.

Once the quotation and costing was agreed, our operatives attended site on day two to secure all openings and provided two security doors along with keys for the client, per door. The job was completed in one day, with a team of two operatives.

There was the addition of overgrowth of foliage surrounding the property, particularly round one side of the property, of which was cleared prior to access.

 

The Outcome:

Client extremely satisfied with the works completed, how efficient and polite our operations team were during all correspondence, attendance times and liaison between themselves and office staff and appreciated the difference in visual quality of the Steel boarding as opposed to the previous Timber boards.
