The Brief:

Our client, a local authority in Hampshire, wanted to secure one of its vacant residential properties – a three bed end of terrace house in Hythe, near Southampton.

The property was going to be vacant for three months and the council wanted to protect it against vandalism and intrusion.

The Solution:

The client requested that sitex steel screens be installed, where possible, at all of the property’s entry points and, where external access was not possible, steel sheets were to be used.

The Outcome:

Once photographs of the property and measurements had been received we were able to provide the client with a quotation for the works. This was accepted and we were able to schedule the work to be carried out within less than a week, reducing the security risk of leaving the property empty and unsecured for an indefinite amount of time.

Once on site, our operatives expertly fitted galvanised steel security screens, sheets and doors at the property in just one day. All of the perforated Sitex screens were custom cut to the exact measurements provided by the client and fitted with anti-tamper screws.
