Shop Front Perforated Steel Sheeting – Somerset

The Brief:

A shop in Somerset arrived to work to find a crack spanning the length of the shopfront window. The pane was damaged needing replacing, but first needed to be made secure until this can happen.

Our client wished the window to be secure yet let in natural light as the shop was still trading.

 

The Solution:

We supplied and installed our popular perforated steel sheets covering the full pane.

The perforation allows natural light to flow into the shop yet creating a barrier on the window securing the shop front.

We cut the sheets to fit the size of the window and screwed the sheets directly into the surrounding timber frame.

 

The Outcome:

The perforated steel sheet was a quick install meaning little to no disruption for the client. We also affixed our SafeSite Security Solutions sign to the sheet to give an added deterrent, letting passers by know the area is secure.
