Securing a Vacant Property After Fire

The Brief:

This was a property on a residential road that has been vacant since 2019.

The Solution:

Security Solutions previously secured the property back in 2019. We installed steel sheets to all the openings and installed a steel door. We have recently received a call from the fire brigade that there had been a fire at the property. Fire brigade had to cut through our steel to enter to the property to put the fire out. They called us to let us know the property was now vulnerable. We contacted the previous customer, they were still the owners of the property. We had 5 openings in total to re-secure with steel.

The Outcome:

We were notified of the fire and within 24 hours we went to the property to secure it. It was done in half a day and the material applied was steel sheets, padlock and a chain. The client was very happy with the response time to secure the property.
