The Brief

Within the food and restaurant industry health and safety with an emphasis on cleanliness is an absolute must. Our client owns a well established restaurant that had encountered an issue with their sump pump, located within their basement plant room. This issue had caused the whole of the basement floor to be flooded and covered in human waste. This required urgent attention, and our team had to respond immediately to return the infected area back to a clean disinfected environment ASAP.

 

The Solution

SafeSite Security Solutions sent a specialist team to start work at 7:00am prior to the opening of the restaurant, with the short time constraint our team had to work quickly and efficiently to remove all the human waste and water, and once removed sanitize the area back to a safe working environment.

 

The Outcome

The basement was returned to a safe clean sanitized working environment prior to the opening of the restaurant. While working in the basement our team were notified that addition rooms were also affected, without hesitation our team worked extra hours to ensure these rooms were also returned to an acceptable safe and clean working state.
